Freestyle Workshops

Freestyle at CTTo help you get onto the wave and into the hole, CT has developed a couple of freestyle courses that will get you throwing ends with the best of them. These full-day workshops are run by leading playboaters and playboat coaches, with a maximum of 4 students per coach to allow for individually tailored coaching. All workshops are aimed at improving both skills and confidence and cover everything from understanding playspot dynamics to developing timing and control.


Intro freestyle

A one day workshop aimed at confident grade 2/3 boaters who want to get into playboating. This course will unravel the mysteries of surfing, pop-outs and cartwheels. From getting on a wave to getting your first 2 points, this session will cover everything you need to master the basic freestyle moves,building your skills and confidence along the way. By the end of the day you should be surfing with the best of them!

Intermediate freestyle

So, you can surf, spin & get 2 points but you want more!!! This workshop will polish your spins & tidy up your 2 points before moving on to clean spins, blunts and multiple ends.
