The Tryweryn Safari
This is a family friendly session suitable for children aged 10 years old or over. Starting from the centre you’ll change into your expedition equipment (wetsuits and safety equipment), take a quick lesson in paddling and safety procedures and then embark on your lower river adventure.
Floating through the beautiful upland Tryweryn Valley your crew will tackle rapids and portages, surf waves, bounce off boulders and enjoy fantastic wild river scenery on your 6km river journey.
Approximate session time is 2 hours. Ratios of 1 child under 12 years old to 1 adult or 3 children under 12 years old with 2 adults apply. Minimum and maximum numbers of participants per raft (excluding NWWC/CDGG guides) are 2 – 5 rafters.
10 - 13 year olds - Price from £35.00. Wetsuits can be hired for £2.00 each
14 - 18 year olds and adults - Price from £60.00. Wetsuits can be hired for £5.00 each.
